Wout: Wout was born in 1982 in Maastricht. He started to create mixes at home when he was 20. His influences in electronic music are Alexander Kowalski, Slam and mix-CDs from Global Underground.Wout likes to make mixes at home but is not involved in labels, websites or parties. The inspiration for his mixes comes from travelling or special occasions in his life. His intention is to express these influences with a wide range of different styles.

dude, don't change tempo on classical piano tunes, and certainly don't mix neighboring fully-diminished-seven chords with the chords they're meant to embellish. there's lots of articulation errors (it sounds really choppy) because of the tempo changes, and that one section at about 27 mins sounds like two different tonalities at the same time. but not in the pan-diatonicism way, just in the muddy way.

i honestly appreciate the gesture, and the function of the solo piano stuff, but have respect for the original work, holmes.

other than that I really enjoyed the set, really good tunes, even after the odd mix.
